PragatiVeer Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs cancellation of paid subscriptions on PragatiVeer, operated by Gyannetra Pvt Ltd (CIN: U72900PN2015PTC156021).

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation by You

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Going to Account Settings on the PragatiVeer website and disabling auto-renewal
• Emailing contact@pragativeer.com with subject “Cancellation Request” along with your registered email or phone number

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have full access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period
• No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period, except as provided in our Refund Policy

2.3 Timing

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method at each renewal.

You will receive a reminder before renewal. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation by PragatiVeer

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription immediately if:

• You violate our Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law

In such cases, fees paid are non-refundable.

5. Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. To delete your account and all associated data, please follow the process outlined in our Privacy Policy.
