PragatiVeer Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all paid subscriptions on PragatiVeer, operated by Gyannetra Pvt Ltd (CIN: U72900PN2015PTC156021).

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase provided that you have not accessed more than 5 DPS sheets during that period.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase
• You have accessed more than 5 DPS sheets
• The request is made after the subscription has been active beyond the refund window

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@pragativeer.com with:

• Subject: “Refund Request”
• Your registered email address or phone number
• Order/transaction ID (if available)

We will process your request within 7-10 business days and the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Subscription fees beyond the 7-day refund window
• Discounted or promotional purchases (unless otherwise stated)
• Any add-on services purchased separately

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless it falls within the refund window described in Section 3. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
